I also experienced a delay in addressing cleanliness issues upon arrival, impacting my initial impression. Still, the well-maintained grounds and accessibility to nearby supermarkets added convenience.

Oh my days, the baked apples were to die for! And what a delight it was to lounge by the two pools, soaking in all that sunshine. The staff were super welcoming, adding to that laid-back vibe that makes you feel right at home. The views from our two-bedroom apartment were just stunning!

We had to report a missing parasol after four days, and while the attitude of the maintenance guy left a bit to be desired, they sorted it out quickly. Two broken chairs were replaced pronto, and while the service was generally great, one part-time manager could use a lesson in courtesy.

Dude, the pool area was just lekker! Big enough to chill or even do some laps. The staff were always keen to help, and the bar by the pool had some nice options for sundowners, especially that Aperol Spritz! The apartment was spacious with a great view, so we just kicked back on the terrace during the evenings.

Just a small thing, check-in took a while, but nothing too hectic.

Staying here was a blast! The heated pool was fantastic, perfect for a relaxing swim, and our apartment had breathtaking views of Los Gigantes. the villa needed a bit more maintenance, as it felt a bit worn out.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment which was super clean and had this massive terrace with sunbeds and a table. The pool area was always lively with a lifeguard keeping an eye on the kids, really great to see. The bar had a happy hour too, drinks were cheap and good!

It wasn't exactly a bargain but worth every penny.

This place was just an appropriate option for a weekend vacation in Puerto de Santiago with good value for cost. Staff was exceptionally welcoming and went the extra mile to assist us with our requests. Be mindful of steep pathways when choosing your apartment.
